Editorial verdict
Use case and fit
This is editorial guidance, not vendor copy.
Preparing a separate, face-masked publishing copy of newsroom or research footage after a frame-by-frame source-safety review.
Submitted for editorial consideration; independently desk-reviewed by OSINT4ALL. Official-source review on 2026-10-22, not hands-on testing or an independent implementation audit. Current pricing separates a continuing watermarked pixelation tier from paid blur and selective masking. Enterprise advertises a separate cloud-processing option; do not apply the web utility's local-media claim to every service.
Best for preparing a separate, face-masked publishing copy of newsroom or research footage after a frame-by-frame source-safety review.
Operational snapshot
Workflow, access, and coverage
Preserve the original and its provenance; edit a working copy; inspect each frame and all audio/context; correct masks; export; then review the entire output independently before sharing.
English documentation and a Korean interface option are visible. Masking faces does not remove spoken names, subtitles or other identifying text in any language.
Limits
Strengths, caveats, and risk
Manual mask correction provides a review step between automatic detection and export; the original can remain separate from the publication copy.
Editing requires sign-in, and processing performance depends on browser and hardware. Automatic masks and experimental selective masking still need careful inspection.
Missed faces, weak masks, reflections, clothing, surroundings and retained audio may identify someone. Check the exported file, not just the editor preview; masking is not complete de-identification.
The provider describes browser-local video processing for the web editor, while its policy also covers account, access-log, analytics, advertising and payment data. Local media processing is not a no-network or no-data-collection promise.
Handle only footage you may lawfully edit. Consider source consent and safety, preserve restricted originals, and do not present a masked export as an unmodified evidential original.
Provider documentation supports the described scope, not a guarantee of accuracy, safety or completeness. Pending Verification; no account, install, upload or sensitive lookup was used for this review.
